Hyatt Place Sacramento/Rancho Cordova

Had a great experience here. Clean, excellent staff, nice amenities and super good breakfast with a ton of things to choose from. They also welcomed my 2 esa dogs with no questions asked!

Late arrival, 11pm-ish. Very friendly check-in clerk. Understood that we just had a long drive thru a thunder storm. Also had fresh made coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby. Hey, it's really worthwhile to get a Hilton Membership; parking is free in this facility-- nice perk. (It's different than a time-share, with the membership you get a credit card and the earned points don't expire). Also very nice to see a coat hook in the room, just across from the closet.

We never expected to need a hotel near Sacramento on Christmas Day but we are so grateful we booked this one. We were so pleasantly touched by the warm, genuine hospitality we experienced here. It’s the little things these Christmas hotel angels did for us: making us a last minute breakfast plate because we were exhausted and overslept, giving our rescue pup treats at the font desk, remembering her name and even walking her out to the car when our hands were full and it was storming. I mean wow. When was the last time someone made you feel that way in a hotel? Thank you @Hyatt for hiring such amazing staff. It takes very special people to manage an extremely full hotel with pets, kids and holiday travelers (each employee missing their own holiday with their families) to handle the chaos with grace and heart. We also appreciated the spacious clean rooms and free on site parking. Thank you @hyattplace for hiring these amazing Christmas angels … I only wish I had their names to give them a personal shoutout. And thank you for welcoming our pup during the holidays! We will be back again soon.

Okay location. Okay value. Sound insulation is pretty good and we had very quiet sleeps. One of the elevators failed when we checked in and both were down the next day. It is marked "newly renovated" while the ceiling is still old.

It’s a mixed feeling. First of all, the rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s an old building but the renovation made a big difference. The beds were extremely comfortable, like people highlighted in their reviews, and may be the most comfortable ones I’ve had in 3-4 star hotels. Staff were super friendly and the location was convenient. Free breakfast as a standard Hyatt Place experience. However, just to be mindful that this is an old building and was relatively poorly soundproofed. We can hear everything from the upstairs, including TV noise, taking showers, footsteps, etc.. the windows were slightly better soundproofed but you will hear trucks and cars driving by from time to time, not too crazy though. Another minor thing is I wish they put a trash bin in the bathroom. Parking is $14 per day, which was almost the only option if you want to park nearby. Overall good value, especially for those who’s not sensitive to noise.

Stayed at Hyatt Place with my kid, we were more than appreciative of the hotel staff and how nice they were, the ladies at the front desk found some coloring books for my little guy and he was ecstatic about getting his "waffle on" for the Continental breakfast...rooms were dialed in, the place felt safe, secure, and welcoming, would definitely stay there again. Thank you Hyatt Place.

I stayed at this Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The rooms were decent and met my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided, such as the television and toiletries, were satisfactory The staff was friendly and helpful, readily available to assist with any inquiries or requests. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. However, there is room for improvement in certain areas. The Wi-Fi connection was somewhat unreliable, which could be an issue for business travelers needing a stable connection. Additionally, the breakfast options could be more varied and include healthier choices. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few areas that could use some enhancement. I would consider returning in the future, hoping to see improvements in the mentioned aspects.

My Niece had checked us in the room and when I got here 09/06/2025 12 midnight I told the young man that a room key was left for me I gave him my niece's name and he claimed she was not there. I had to call and wake my niece to come down to the front desk. On 9/6/25 we left our room 404 at 11am we passed the made in the hall and when we returned in the evening around 930pm our room had not been cleaned and no fresh towels were left for us
